Project
Amazon Robotics (AR) is a subsidiary of Amazon.com. In AR's approach, items are stored in large fulfillment centers (FCs). When an order is entered in Amazon, the software locates the closest robot to the item to retrieve it, maximizing efficiency by eliminating manual searching within the warehouse.
As a product designer with Amazon Robotics' UX team, I design the robotic interfaces in Amazon fulfillment centers. These interfaces are crucial for associates, operators, and maintenance engineers to ensure the timely delivery of Amazon products.
